The Corrupted Nexus will always contain a Beyond boss. In order to access a Corrupted Nexus, a waystone with at least 4 modifiers must be used. Completing the Corrupted Nexus map will cause all nearby maps with Coalesced Corruption to become [Cleansed](Cleansed) maps instead, causing different monsters to appear. After completing a Corrupted Nexus of an appropriate waystone tier, Doryani will provide you a [[Crystalline Shard]] which can be used to gain points for the Atlas Passive Tree as part of the endgame progression system. Uniques * [[The Gnashing Sash]] * [[Death Articulated]] * [[Bursting Decay]] After defeating Corrupted Nexus bosses, any remaining areas within the Corrupted Zone will be cleansed. [[Cleansed]] maps feature [[Irradiated]] with additional new monsters, a new boss, and a set of unique affixes and rewards. * [[Fracturing Orb]]
