NPC:
  • Elwynian Cisterns: They are the best way to get around the city. Most of the horrors are up top. The order never goes down there either, not sure they even know about the Cisterns. Still, plenty that can kill you down there, but that's Oriath for you.
    • 2Enter the Cisterns
    Enter the Cisterns.
    3Locate the Water Wheel
    Locate the Water Wheel.
    NPC:
  • Elwynian Cedrus: I argue with him at times, but I don't mean it. I was.. alone, for a very long time. I thought I would always be alone. I thought I would die and.. nobody would know or care. Sometimes, it's nice to have someone at home who gets mad at you when you run off and do dangerous things, y'know?
  • Elwynian Oriath: It's the only home I've ever known. I don't know if I'd be able to survive anywhere else. The horrors and the nightmares in the other cities would probably get me before I had a chance to adapt.
    • 4Destroy the Nests
    Destroy the Nests on the Water Wheel.
    5Speak to Elwynian
    Return to Elwynian and let her know that the Water Wheel has been restarted and water should be flowing freely once again.
    6Take the Reward from Elwynian
    Take the Reward from Elwynian.
    7Quest Complete
    Quest Complete - You have restarted the Water Wheel and have been given a reward by Elwynian for your help.
