Uncapped Resistance is the value a Resistance would have if ignoring Maximum Resistance. These values are shown in parentheses at the top of the Character Panel.

Elemental Ailment Threshold is increased by Uncapped Chaos Resistance
Armour is increased by Uncapped Fire Resistance
Energy Shield is increased by Uncapped Cold Resistance
Evasion Rating is increased by Uncapped Lightning Resistance
Overcapped Resistance
Overcapped Resistance is the amount by which your Uncapped Resistance exceeds your Maximum Resistance for that damage type.
