This refers to the base amount of time to perform an Attack Skill, accounting only for the Attacks per Second value of the relevant Weapon and the percentage of Base Attack Speed listed on the Attack gem.
While active, gains Energy when you spend Mana. Using the Invocation once sufficient Energy is gathered will consume the Energy to create visages which attack once with a socketed ShapeshiftingAttack, creating multiple visages if it has enough Energy.
