Basic Strongboxes are specifically named "Strongbox" and drop random items.
Allows Blacksmith's, Armourer's and Basic Strongboxes to roll Prefix Modifiers that cause dropped items to require particular Attributes

- Dexterity
- Intelligence
- No additional Prefix Modifiers
Applies to Level 70+ Areas
Requires completing the Eastern or Western Gateway
Strongboxes cannot be Basic Strongboxes
