Omens:

• Omen of Sinistral Alchemy: The next Orb of Alchemy inflicts the maximum number of prefixes.
• Omen of Dextral Alchemy: The next Orb of Alchemy inflicts the maximum number of suffixes.
• Omen of Sinistral Coronation: The next Regal Orb will only have a prefix added.
• Omen of Dextral Coronation: The next Regal Orb will only have a prefix added.
• Omen of Homogenising Coronation: The next Regal Orb adds an affix of the same type as the one currently on the item.
• Omen of the Ancients: The next Orb of Chance upgrades the item to a random Unique item of the same type.

Omens:

• Omen of Abyssal Echoes: The next Desecration roll grants a single reroll.
• Omen of Dextral Necromancy: The next Desecration roll grants only a suffix.

• Omen of Putrefaction: The next Desecration roll will replace all affixes on the item, creating an item with up to 6 Desecrated affixes and corrupting the item.
• Omen of the Blackblooded: The next Desecration roll will grant a random Kurgal affix to weapons and jewellery.
• Omen of the Liege: The next Desecration roll will grant a random Amanamu affix to weapons and jewellery.
• Omen of the Sovereign: The next Desecrate will grant a random Ulaman affix to weapons and jewellery.
