# Vaal Cultivation Orb Juatalotli's Triumph alters a Corrupted Vaal Unique Item, replacing one or more modifiers with Vaal Unique Modifiers. Cultivated uniques have one or two of their modifiers replaced by cultivation modifiers which are listed in <span class="poe2 mutatedMod">light red</span>. The modifier that gets replaced on the unique are random. Currently, only Vaal-themed uniques have cultivated variants. Vaal uniques can be identified by an icon in their tooltip:
