Gains a Stage when you Spend a total of 35% of your Maximum Mana while in Area
Sigil duration is 11.8 seconds

Buff grants 14% more Armour, Evasion and Energy Shield per Stage
Buff grants 20.6 Life Regenerated per second per Stage
