Activating Marks
Marks all have a condition that makes them Activate.
When a Mark Activates, it will cause an extra effect and then be Consumed.
Supports Skills with Cooldowns, dramatically increasing the rate at which those Cooldowns Recover, but causing you to lose Life, Mana, and Energy Shield when they are used. Cannot Support Meta Skills or modify the Skills of Minions.

Requires: Level 60
Helmets: A random Skill that requires Glory generates 15% of its maximum Glory when your Mark Activates
Gloves: Each Runic Inscription from your Curse Skills causes you to Regenerate Mana per second equal to 10% of that Skill's Mana Cost
Body Armours: +50% of Armour also applies to Chaos Damage while on full Energy Shield
Mark
Marks are a family of Debuffs that apply powerful effects to a single enemy, usually for a limited duration. You can have multiple Marked enemies at once, but each individual enemy can only have a single Mark applied to them at once.

Marks can be Activated when specific conditions occur, which will case some extra effect and then Consume the Mark.
