Marks a target, making them more susceptible to being Shocked. W the Marked target dies, a Lightning nove erupts from their corpse. nova does not use your Weapon Damage, and instead uses its own Attack Damage.
Mark duration is 8 seconds
Hits against Marked enemy have 50% increased chance to Shock
Shock inflicted on Marked enemy has 30% increased effect
