Dash to an enemy and strike them with an Unarmed Attack, attaching a chunk of ice to their body. When that enemy takes enough damage from Hits or dies, the ice explodes, dealing high Cold damage in an area around them. This skill is always performed Unarmed, even if you have a Quarterstaff equipped.
