- Each class has 2 Ascendancy
- Total 8 Ascendancy points.
- You can gain first 6 points before Map.
- You can choose Trail you want to get Ascendancy points.
- Ascendancy Skills are now supportable and upgradable with higher level and more sockets
- Skills from ascendancies level up based on your character level and get more sockets
- You can NOT currently switch ascendancies (you can respec nodes, but not switch to another one). They are open to feedback on this
- You can NOT use Meta gems in combination with Ascendancy skills. Meta gems and Ascendancy skills are separate skills in the skill tab, so you can't combine them (you can support both types with regular support gems tho!)
First Ascendancy: Trail of the Sekhemas
In Act2 Traitor's Passage, kill Balbala, the Traitor, drop Balbala's Barya, enter Trail of the Sekhemas
- Challenges can be repeated if you fail a mission.
- The base rules are similar to those of the 1st generation Sanctuary League, with honor deductions for failed challenges, and the corresponding Coins required for the challenge.
- The new room type is survival for a certain amount of time.
- Room rewards include Keys (Gold, Silver, or Bronze), which are used to unlock the treasure chest in the final room.
- After defeating the leader in the final room on the 1/2/3/4th floor of the Skirmish, you will earn 2/4/6/8 Ascension Points respectively.
Second Ascendancy: Trial of the Chaos God
Obtain the Djinn Barya with the second level, or In Act3 Chimeral Wetlands, drop Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum of the number of trials 4.
- The basic rules are similar to the Generation Ultimatum League, with the option to continue or leave in the middle of the game, and the corresponding Token required for the challenge.
- New challenges include defeating all enemies, or escorting them.
- After completing 7/10/10+/Boss Chaos Trials, you will become a randomized leader and earn 2/4/6/8 Sublimation Points respectively.
Third Ascendancy
Obtain the Djinn Barya with the third floor, or Inscribed Ultimatum of the number of trials 10+.
It is possible to skip the first two trials with a third Ascension for 6 Ascension Points, which means you can get someone to skip the first two trials.
Forth Ascendancy
Obtain the Djinn Barya with the forth floor, or Inscribed Ultimatum of the number of trials 10 and collect Cowardly Fate, Deadly Fate, Victorious Fate placed in the door at the end of the Trial of Chaos to challenge the Trialmaster.
